What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The AI-Insights at the time of calling customer gives the Sales agents a better grasp of how to lead a conversation leading to better conversion rates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is still in it's early phases so there are many issues with the API, but the Salesken team actively supports so you don't feel much of a gap in your business growth.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great software within budget constantly evolving with customer feedback.
