What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the remarkable capabilities of natural language processing (NLP), which allows it to accurately identify important themes and sentiments conveyed by customers, even when they speak different languages and use complex financial jargon.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When dealing with big amounts of data, some complicated dashboards might take a long time to load, which affects the user experience when quick, real-time decision-making is needed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates sandsiv+ from other similar products?

Fantastic value for money, very advanced AI especially for text analytics, For example , insight narrator opens up new possibilities to dive deep adn really gain actionable insights. The system is easy to use and intuitive. The whole team is really friendly, and gives a warm almost family-like feeling that works together with you to ensure the value is delivered. It establishes collaborative and true partnership approach where we can co-create, develop and advance. All in: high qulity very innovative and reliable product, friendly and supportive team, reasonable price.

Dashboards design could be modernised a bit

Do small pilots on various data points: NPS and satisfaction, survey, existing call transcripts etc. Work on a specific objective together with Sandsiv team and you will see the outcomes for yourself
