What differentiates SAP CRM from other similar products?

Strong Customer Focus. Breadth of services Higher product functionality and performance Pre-existing relationships

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SAP CRM provides the best monitoring tool for error resolution. SAP CRM plays a vital role in managing the business from Client onboarding to customer success and successful delivery of the product to establish a healthy relationship. Easy to create and view the reports, and it can be easily analyzed for further usage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Automatic refresh is not available for SAP. No provision to reuse the data from ERP in SAP. Some issues needed to fix in SAP.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall it is used for business processes. UI version of SAP is very good to use. There are lots of functionality and capabilities are there in SAP.

What differentiates SAP CRM from other similar products?

This system has simplified the automation of the sales process in our company. It lets you empower users to provide solutions that meet customers' unique requirements. Since it is also hosted on the cloud, it facilitates accessibility and interactivity between work staff. It is well suited for businesses of all sizes and is compatible with various operating systems even Linux.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows a more centralized and detailed cost overview, the tracking of orders from which we can make very useful reports for the liquidation of the commercial activity. The introduction of workflows makes the procedural management of company activities more flexible

What do you dislike most about this product?

Web-based UI is not very user-friendly

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Before starting with the implementation, consider carefully which functionality your business needs, as for each development that could prove important in the future, it will cost you dearly.

Make sure you have everything you want or need on front end. Don’t invite people to implementation that don’t understand how technology has limits. Primary key, etc.
