An excellent marketing tool is the SAP marketing cloud, which offers real-time information on consumer behavior and demands. The short training and excellent integration made it possible for us to use the product firsthand. Client relationships are enhanced with SAP Marketing Cloud, which also increases their marketing contribution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The segmentation tool from SAP works well. Segmentation models can be made quickly and easily, and the results let us be quite precise. Using a number of personalization tools, users can create conditional messaging depending on contact qualities or prior engagement history. It is quite easy because no coding is necessary.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fundamentals are covered by SAP's support and training resources, although limited assistance is given with configuration and development. Due to this, SAP's partners are required to make a long-term and expensive commitment placed on SAP's partners. More help and education for customers would increase current customer happiness while also boosting future customer satisfaction.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The segmentation model is a powerful and straightforward technique. The performance received high praise. Tag clouds are also very useful. The C4C integration, with its profile and account mashup, is running without a hitch. Making target groups is easy, especially when you take into account how useful life target groups are. However, you can get in touch with the team if you run into any issues.

Additionally, SAP excels at co-innovation, offering wonderful chances for networking and idea sharing with other SAP users. SAP Sales Cloud must be finished in order to offer a comprehensive end-to-end lead process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Building a trustworthy relationship is made simpler by utilizing SAP Marketing Cloud to manage customer data more efficiently and securely. Between SAP Marketing Cloud and other SAP solutions, such as C4C sales, lead management is superior. Everything about LEAD has been well considered, and it is obvious. Lead Management is undoubtedly one of the SMC's key characteristics, according to SAP.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface is clumsy and excessively complicated. Despite the content editor's bad design and numerous crashes, which forced me to lose my work, the capabilities for gathering emails and digging up IP addresses was amazing. Separate licensing and limitations on bespoke development are equally unacceptable to me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is also much better because SAP itself is providing the support. The real-time data processing is incredibly quick and useful for making quick decisions. I also enjoy this tool because it streamlines the procedure, increasing productivity while requiring the same amount of work. Additionally, you can interface using practically any method with SAP Marketing Cloud.
