What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With some basic knowledge, even a non-technical person may utilize this program. At CVS Heath, we are now using this technology for cloud marketing. Every day, we send about 1000 emails, and their durability and dependability are excellent. Your trust in your capacity to reach your clients grows when analytics are readily available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Undoubtedly, this tool will also need to be improved over time, just like every other tool. The user interface (UI) appears more business-oriented, which would be friendlier and make it more inviting to beginners. I occasionally have problems with the support staff. My problems don't get fixed right away.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
In the majority of our initiatives, SAP Marketing Cloud is typically used in tandem with SAP Commerce to enhance marketing efforts and increase traffic to the e-commerce site. Although they always work together, we often build it as a different project from the ecommerce project.

What differentiates SAP Marketing Automation Suite from other similar products?
There are two main areas where I found this tool more useful and efficient 1. The browser forensics are very potent and enable us to target both known and unknown audiences. 2. The procedures and automation make our lead gen virtually straightforward.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best feature of SAP Marketing Cloud is that it provides real-time client data as well as targeted target group communication with unique quotes. Since many of our audience members view our emails on mobile devices, the responsive design has been beneficial. Overall we had a wonderful and full of benefits journey with it and want to continue we it for further growth.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be difficult without a dedicated person to set up, configure, and maintain it. There are fewer professionals in this field. Finding the ideal team for a successful implementation is somewhat difficult.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Marketing Cloud contains many APIs that may be used to integrate many systems, including CRM and social media. We mostly use it for lifecycle marketing and working with current clients, so we have a lot of automated campaigns that can respond to contact events. If you combine it with SAP CRM, this will be a good option.
