What differentiates SAP Marketing Automation Suite from other similar products?
Although marketing automation intrigues many of the firms we deal with, the large initial investment is a deterrent. Even though it's smaller and less costly, SAP Marketing Cloud offers many of the same capabilities as more expensive, more complex systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When I have a question about the system or want to know whether anything is doable, I always receive a quick answer from the staff. If you are looking for a company that provides excellent customer service, look no further.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That there have been other instances when (although solid) customer help was not required at the beginning of our subscription is something I dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I believe that there are numerous tools that can be employed, and based on the demands of a firm, SAP Marketing Cloud has the potential, if not the absolute certainty, to satisfy those needs.

What differentiates SAP Marketing Automation Suite from other similar products?
SAP marketing cloud is a fantastic marketing tool that provides real-time data on how customers behave and what they require from a company. The integration was fantastic, and the minimal training allowed us to gain some hands-on time with the product. SAP Marketing Cloud improves client interactions while also increasing their marketing contribution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SAP's segmentation tool is effective. Creating segmentation models is quite simple and quick, and the results allow us to be extremely specific. The users can design conditional messaging based on contact attributes or previous engagement history using a variety of personalization capabilities. There is no coding required, making it extremely simple to implement.
What do you dislike most about this product?
SAP's support and educational tools provide the essentials, but configuration and development assistance is restricted. As a result, there is an excessive reliance on SAP's partners, which is a high long-term and costly commitment. Customer empowerment through greater support and education would improve not only customer satisfaction but also boost future customer satisfaction.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The segmentation model is a highly effective and user-friendly tool. The performance is well admired. And tag cloud is quite helpful. The integration with C4C, as well as its profile and account mashup, is operating perfectly. Creating target groups is simple, particularly when considering the usefulness of life target groups.

What differentiates SAP Marketing Automation Suite from other similar products?
The company I work at was looking for a platform that can be suitable for basic to advanced level marketing’s needs for their business and that too under one roof and when we started using SAP in our marketing department we were relieved because it has that charm and talent to cater the needs of small, medium, large or individual plans.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This is a relatively good platform with that provides best training materials for you team. They can learn and can learn it in half the time as compared to other software. This is your complete CRM solution for business and you can manage lead, automated marketing, email marketing, and campaigns management with lots of other features included as well in a very robust manner.
What do you dislike most about this product?
First of all, there is no free plan or free trail for this one here and you need to make a decision on your instincts and good words about them. Secondly, it is not available for usage at Android or Mac. You can only use it on Web version, which can be frustrating at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
SAP Marketing Cloud can easily cater the needs of people and small to large firms in a very positive manner. You can rely on them with the best interest for you company in their hands and they will not disappoint you by all means. Give it a try to experience good results in reasonable pricing plans.
