What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best feature in my opinion is the use of software for companies to generate leads and how easily leads could be generated.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Within the side of analysis and reporting, the product has not got there yet. The workflows could be improved

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If any organisation is looking for getting professional services SAP PSA is the root of success as it will provide endless opportunities for your business to grow and succeed.

What differentiates SAP Professional Services Software from other similar products?

It does everything worse, to be honest. In order to actually use the product you have to be an expert in it. the UI is awful and not intuitive or learnable by any means

I really don't have one

It appears almost no thought was given to the UI

Get a different business solution, I beg you
