What differentiates Sassafras AllSight from other similar products?
Data Collection and Management: AllSight is designed to collect data from a wide range of sources, including hardware and software inventory, usage tracking, and software license entitlements. This data is then consolidated and normalized in a central repository, allowing organizations to get a comprehensive view of their IT assets.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We currently use the IT Management component the most. But my favorite aspect of the product is their incredible customer support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some very minor things are not as intuitive as one might like but usually support can explain why it is that way and what a workaround might be.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out, see how it can help your organization, take advantage of their training and support. You will be glad you did.

Extremely stable server and light-weight client, making live inventory data most accurate in this tool compared to other live systems we use.

The people at Sassafras! They're extremely responsive with fixes and feature requests.

Usage statistics for computers and software has been an excellent guide for IT planning and support.
