What differentiates Scoro from other similar products?
Working with the Scoro Product and Scoro Team was an amazing experience, and we continue to appreciate it now. After it was implemented, we saw a huge increase in our revenue. Additionally, we have enhanced our business procedures while also producing work of considerably higher value and with fewer errors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This PSA tool helps us in streamlining and automation of operations as well as saves us time and money. There has been a marked change in our sales-related tasks after its adoption. With a thorough understanding of all projects, it is now simpler to guarantee that the data is true and accurate, giving our clients the experience and degree of care they need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While some of the interfaces are easy to use, some need help from customer service to fully interface with my system. It may seem scary at first due to how customizable it is, and I found that our underlying fix wasn't the best one. New improvements have made project management more difficult.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The development of your company will undoubtedly be aided by teamwork on a single platform, and you will undoubtedly become more productive than you were before. Just think about its implementation—and trust me, Scoro is just mind-blowing—if you take my advice.

Scoro is the perfect solution to streamline our business operations and accelerate growth because it has a quick application and a nice user interface. Our entire sales team now relies on Scoro capabilities like calendar, initiatives, assignments, and dashboard because these functions help us in the accomplishment of our main goals.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate its adaptability, customer service, and, most notably, how the service team aids us in solving issues. This PSA approach entails automating some workflow processes, utilizing additional digital integrations, and effectively allocating company resources. I adore its agility and how fantastic improvements are made on a regular basis. Additionally, it is quite simple to use. Just because of this we are now able to enhance other parts of our work by combining all work instruments in a single place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I prefer the previous design since it seemed to be simpler to use, even though the new one makes sense and is appealing. The application also contains limitations on the purposes for which we can use it. Some formerly manageable aspects of projects have become more complex, requiring more clicks to complete the same amount of work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommended platform. Scoro has the ability to significantly improve the effectiveness of company internal communication and project execution.

What differentiates Scoro from other similar products?
I prefer the flexibility of doing assessments and approvals online instead of in person or on paper. Since numerous of our project stakeholders regularly travel or are out of the country, it substantially quickens our work. Because I can see the papers from any location with an Internet connection, this reviewing capability allows us to swiftly collect feedback and approvals.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
First and foremost, it is project management and the capacity to predict future market possibilities. This software was designed to assist salespeople, but it is also useful for budgeting and future planning by segments and consumer groups. It also aids us in keeping up with our consumers. Scheduling, time tracking and management, and even budget management allow us to take a step back and look at the whole picture rather than utilizing one application to analyze time and another to examine spending.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The web version is significantly more useful than the mobile/tablet app. Because of the high expense per user, we are reluctant to include the entire organization. Although the Xero integration is really helpful, it is also glitchy, and syncing up data takes longer than is optimal. I must open up some of the dashboard visuals in order to see which work they are related to because they are not always clear.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Scoro is an excellent choice if you want project management software that is straightforward to install and use. Its timesheet tracking and reporting capabilities are really useful. Scoro has a lot of potential for modification; you can make it work the way you want it to. Clients appreciate seeing a visual depiction of a project plan, and Scoro allows you to communicate it with them.
