What differentiates Second Nature from other similar products?

The AI chatbot is a distinctive and powerful training tool

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Absolutely the AI chatbot. Condensing training into actual talking points is a key part of a pre-sales role and this provides a surprisingly effective way to practice those talking points.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes specific terminology results in you (the user) and Jenny (the chatbot) talking at cross purposes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The idea of a chatbot for practicing sales conversations does not sound especially promising but it is really quite effective and the feedback is valuable.
