The data connection aspects of segment with many other platforms is much better than anything else I have seen.

Easy to use, but not affordable for small business

What differentiates Segment from other similar products?
Easy to use, understandable dashboard and it provides native integrations to get events and data from many services we use to all of the places we need to see reports. This includes frontend analytics, payments, engagement metrics, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to use and super easy implementation almost with all platforms and also great help & documentation
What do you dislike most about this product?
A bit pricy and lacks an affordable plan with more features for startups
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Allow time for dev teams to read the documentation before even implementing & Understand what destinations/sources you will use and if they are ready to use out of the box
