What differentiates Seismic Enablement Cloud from other similar products?
The main difference between Seismic and other platforms is that they are constantly updating, always staying on the edge of the latest trends and tech, and 100% committed to making sure their users deliver a solid solution to their customers. The customer service from implementation to support was a pleasure to work with.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Seismic stands out as an amazing product for two main reasons in my head. The first reason was the ability to take hundreds of labor intensive marketing materials and create dynamic documents that can be auto fed with data to update within seconds! This saved months of product time for my team while using. The other feature that was mind-blowing was the ability to send "LiveSends" which were emails with marketing materials and after receipt, we could see exactly what the end users were viewing in the document, how long they looked at it, and what they were specifically interested in. Invaluable data for sure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I would consider an area to improve upon would be the interaction with other platforms. There were a few other key platforms we used that I would have liked to tie into Seismic but was unable (at the time).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out, see how it works for your organization. Chances are it'll be a huge asset to you.
