What is ServiceNow Asset Management?
ServiceNow Asset Management tracks the financial, contractual, and inventory details of hardware and virtual infrastructure – as well as non‑IT assets – throughout their lifecycle. Asset requests are handled using workflows to obtain approvals, validate entitlements, issue chargebacks, and provision services. Once an asset is deployed, Asset Management records all maintenance activity and enables IT to perform regular audits, right up until asset retirement.

What differentiates ServiceNow Asset Management from other similar products?
There are many solution available in the market to manage the asset but service now is one of the best selection because it differ from other in below aspects like - 1. Tracking and maintaining flow 2. more secure and better user authorization handling 3. Best manipulation and notification feature in all the level.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are some points I would like to share under this tag those are - 1. Better graphical user interface for developer and development point of view 2. Reporting functionality 3. Mapping modules in very effective way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As per my observation there are few points under dislike heading those are - 1. Plugins management 2. integration with next gen tool is bit complex and time consuming.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If looking for the proper asset management for the larger organization and to maintain track of all the product and project this is one of the best choice or selection. As it is easy to develop and maintain the flow of project.
