The learning curve can be challenging for new users , training material and certifications should be free or coupons must be provided to the vendor

Definitely a tool to consider for project management . Do a thorough requirement analysis and see if this product is able to solve your problems with respect to the same .

What differentiates ServiceNow PPM from other similar products?

ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management offers a wide range of features when compared to similar products. Before ServiceNow PPM we needed to use multiple tools to perform and plan a new project portfolio, but ServiceNow PPM makes it easier to perform all the project management operations in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect is it's data visualisation of the project planning. We can align our strategic planning to perform the project management and implement it. Also the implementation is very easy and super fast when compared to other similar tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's nothing much to dislike about Service Now PPM, the new releases are not quick enough, there's hardly one relase every month, they should consider making new releases more often.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Service Now is offering the best Project Management tool. Everyone should try it once.

What differentiates ServiceNow PPM from other similar products?

We were able to develop, manage, and deliver projects for IT portfolios using an enterprise-wide technology like PPM. Between the year of deployment and the adoption in two years, there has been a considerable change in the experience and usage. It's drastically decreasing the manual workload by enabling us with quick reports to make business analysis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Service Now PPM is it's wide variety of features and it's ease of GUI. It took us very less time to grab up to speed after deploying the Service Now PPM into our production. No external trainings are required.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The customer support is not up to mark. We are receiving late responses after implementing into production when compared to the time where we are in testing and implementing phase.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, it will make your lives easier especially when you need to manage critical deliverables.
