It is easy and world most trusted software which is used by almost every organization to improve their business,support level through this software. SNOW is widely used and my company uses this software as a ticketing tool and supporting business needs.

Very less number of tables used to store the data
What do you dislike most about this product?
If we install in a scoped application and modified any oob business rules , client scripts etc . When we install this scoped app in other install the oob behaviour of that instance will change
