What is your favorite aspect of this product?
no redundancy around the design of the product, very intuitive
What do you dislike most about this product?
missing a visual zoomed-out overview of the work done and to be done
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would choose shortcut if you want to have an effective scrum approach to your work as it provides an environment where your team can self-organise the work at its best

What differentiates Shortcut from other similar products?
I think the user experience is quite distinguished. However, the connectivity to other apps like Slack and such took a while to get to + exporting projects from one instance to another etc are very complex compared to mature systems like Jira

Still lacks features like ability to port and export data

What differentiates Shortcut from other similar products?
I like it because it is a system that can be implemented in technology work teams, it can also be quite flexible in what area of the organization this can be deployed because, unlike other tools, with it you can manage projects without having to belong to a sector in specific, it is also quite easy to handle
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like about this tool is that it allows you to attend to the entire cycle of the project from planning to its execution and completion, it is a highly versatile tool that allows you to know the status of the projects through the boards, what process to carry out and much more. Plus, its interface is quite fast and its reporting tools are advanced.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has been what I am looking for as a professional and as a team member, it is quite functional and adaptable to what is required
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It does not require being an expert to manage and use it in a functional and conscious way in the organization
