What differentiates Showpad Enablement Operating System from other similar products?
• Showpad is very flexible to work the way different organizations need to function. • We really like the API the tool allows for our apps to interact with the platform - this is a real differentiator for using things like ROI Calculators, playbooks, interactive brochures, proposal builders and so on.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
• The simple interface for the end users • When set up properly, it allows a wide range of ways to access the content in the platform - based on portfolio, pain point solved, stage of the buying cycle - all ways that our sales methodology suggests
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is flexible, so we have to be strategic in setup. We liked working with a partner to get their best practice insights.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take time to learn best practices to really make it sing. Train the reps not only on HOW to use it, but WHY it is important. Use additional apps in the platform to truly empower the team with ROI Calculators, playbooks, interactive brochures, proposal builders and so on.
