The product is meant to be used or developed by a multitude of users from beginner to advanced. If the info is constructed well on the backend, making a dashboard is fast, easy, and efficient. Simple to create insightful visualizations of the data. Simple to update monitor, and build regular reportage for end-users to make the foremost informed decisions possible.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sisense permits users to view the report as a whole, or they can dive deeper by drilling down specific information points to check the underlying data. In addition, Sisense offers some AI capabilities that perform further analysis for you. It’ straightforward to make dashboards for quick essential metrics. We even have monitoring & alerting set up. It connects to our DBs pretty quickly, and that we can question them to figure out anything relating to an incident. What do you dislike most about this product?

Their support hours and response times didn’t at all align with our company’s operating hours or expectations. The number of time our development team had to repeatedly spend away from rising our software system to urge Sisense to work and keep working was way too much.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sisense is an incredibly powerful tool that is a comprehensive information analysis and visualization tool all in one. I’d extremely think about it for the tremendous price that it brings across groups in my organization.

What differentiates Sisense from other similar products?

The more of we use Sisense, the more we discover new ways to update our processes using the product. For example, we’ve recently connected a video to a dashboard that gives new users an outline of the dashboard and the way it integrates with their daily work responsibilities. The dashboard builder works wonderfully with several gismo options. There lot of nice plug-ins to increase the functionalities. The elastic cube designer works well in linking the information from completely different sources and massaging it. There are lots of great Rest Apis to integrate with the online applications.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The system is simple to set up and building the info through the ELT (Elasticube) is quick and simple to integrate once you understand the layout. The technical support workers and account managers are very knowledgeable and skilled about a sort of topics. It appears like they’re invested in our success and want us to be satisfied. The enhancements have come back a long method within the past year or so and each version is a massive improvement from the last one.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Server slowness and not responding once reconstruction the Elasticubes for every week or more. At times, the build server stops and wishes a manual restart. Searching for an incremental and quicker Elasticube build to point out the information within five to ten minutes daily.

Strongly think about it for basic Bi reporting and information analytics functions. Be ready to own loads of training together with your end-users and don’t set their expectations too high. Have a robust foundation in java and don’t even hassle downloading the mobile app until it’s immensely improved.

When cube is set an ready. The dashboarding experience is pure pleasure. There is a great variety of widgets to choose and build powerful visualizations. Sisense has created a big community where people can share tips and tricks. There is a possibility to build your own plugins or re-use the ones provided by other users of Sisense. Elasticube is awesome.

Elasticube is awesome. Custom Scripting for widgets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you do not store your data daily then the date aggregation becomes troublesome. The interface sometimes glitches. Minor issues with the widget setup - auto-scaling sometimes fails when you use different chart types (combo charts). Building cubes requires some experience. It is not intuitive and your structured query language knowledge might not be of any big help. Sisense develops application fast but it sometimes backfires with upgrades that brings some unexpected behavior.
