The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

A pleasure to use and administrate

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
I most value Slack's breadth of features and its ease of integration with other products. I think that, for what I care about, other products have substantially similar offerings, but I think Slack offers the most coherent package.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This may sound a bit vague, but I think it comes down to Slack's ease of use as well as its "familiarity." Slack has come closer to supplanting email than any similar product I've used. I also find the process of setting up and deploying Slack apps to be much more enjoyable than, say, what I've tried to do with Teams in previous lives.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I feel like Slack's file sharing capabilities could be improved upon.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Modifying this question just slightly, I'd rather advise someone not considering Slack to reconsider it as an option. It's a great product and it is worthy of consideration almost regardless of your overall stack.
Pros
- Enables Productivity
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
Cons
- Vendor Friendly Policies
- Vendor's Interest First
- Less Generous

The best messaging tool on the market

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
It is clean and easy to use. Google chat, who we used previously, is clunky and not good UX, whereas Slack is just brilliant.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The changes and enhancements made by Slack are genuine improvements, and not just updates for the sale of it. Example 1, huddles. What a great improvement
What do you dislike most about this product?
It’s more pricey than most others on the market, that is the only criticism I have of it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just go for it, you won’t regret it.
