What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
It is having a very established name in the tech world, so most of the folks will be familiar with the tools already, hence it is quite a risky move to change it to other platform, it is a decent tool
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Search features
What do you dislike most about this product?
It will be a little hard to integrate for instance with other products without the creation of an API, our case was GWS, so there are two tools that need to be updated for attributes, if only it has out of the box integration
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are tech company, most likely your team will be using this already, if you are not and look for different type of products, there are tools out there that can give more for the price you pay

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack offers a ton of integrations and doesn't require you to be in one specific 'stack'. It can really fit into any architecture and serves as an amazing collaboration tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Huddles. It's so quick, it's directly in the product and the features of huddle, like annotation, make it an exceptionally easy way to get things done.
What do you dislike most about this product?
With the new update, ungrouping notifications across multiple workspaces.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Slack is a strong collaborative platform. It's mostly used for chat functionality. It does chat and integrations extremely well. If you're looking for something beyond that, like task management, it may not be the best tool.
