What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Mobile devices play a huge role in keeping our logistics, schedules, and communication flowing. That’s where Ivanti Neurons for Mobile Device Management (MDM) comes in and really stands out.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One feature that’s been a game-changer for us is the zero-touch provisioning. We’re regularly onboarding new site workers or supervisors, and with Ivanti, getting their devices set up is almost instant. The devices come pre-configured, which means no more manual setups or running around the office trying to get tablets, phones, or laptops up and running.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While Ivanti Neurons does a stellar job at device management, the user interface could use some streamlining. It’s powerful, no doubt, but navigating through some of the settings—especially when customizing workflows—can feel a bit clunky
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Would I recommend Ivanti Neurons for MDM? Absolutely, especially if your company is like ours, where devices are constantly on the move between job sites and teams. It’s a lifesaver for anyone dealing with logistics and security, and the automation features really set it apart.

Huddle is a great feature. Both individual and group huddles come in handy and are a quick way to work with folks who are remote

Slack huddle is my favorite and use it on day to day basis. Also integration with other applications like jira, pagerduty makes it an indispensible tool for organizations these days
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing at the moment. Features like jamboard would be great add ons though
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Mandatory tool for companies with remote employees. It really helps bridge the geo constraints
