What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack's got it all. The customization with emojis, the friendly user interface, the collaboration and instant actions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
All of its features that enable team collaboration, both written, audio and video, are the best. The integration it allows for multiple things by using the "/" saves a looot of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't dislike anything about Slack, I would love you could have notifications snoozed automatically when entering certain statuses, like "Meeting".
