"Useful for internal communication"
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack's user interface is quicker and easier to use than the competition's.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Great tool, Slack! It outperforms the vast majority of its competitors, such as Microsoft Teams and Skype. With a wide variety of themes and a small footprint, it's an excellent choice for lightweight, fast-paced instant chat. It allows you to set up channels or groups of people to communicate with each other. There are two alternative ways to make an audio call with this device. You may call it a basic call or you can name it Huddle. You and other participants can draw on the screen while you're presenting your screen. This is the finest feature. This is a really useful feature!
What do you dislike most about this product?
An important distinction that should be made here is that, rather than just adding a person to an existing group, adding a new person results in the creation of a whole new group, which includes the old individual as well. Once everything is resolved, we will be in the clear!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The best means of internal communication. I've used it at two different workplaces and can't leave without it.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity

Great software for file sharing and group chat

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Fantastic tool for internal communication. The convenience and dependability are both exceptional. This is a great app for communicating with a large group. To coordinate, of course! It's convenient that everyone on the team can step in and provide a response if needed. Excellent variety of available environments.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When it comes to communicating about significant projects, our team uses Slack daily. We may have one for our sales staff as a whole, and another for our customer care reps. You may create a separate "channel" for each division, allowing you to communicate with only the people who need to see the information while keeping out others for whom the subject matter is irrelevant.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Display conversation in chronological order. Allow for more granular control over push notifications so that you may get just the most urgent alerts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Slack is the primary means of communication at my firm since it allows for instantaneous, one-on-one interaction amongst coworkers without the need for email. It's a fantastic group chat app that also facilitates the transfer of files and other crucial information. It appears to be lot simpler to use than Teams. Several "channels" have been established with various divisions, making it simple to communicate with only the relevant parties.
Pros
- Helps Innovate

Professional communication with Slack
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack is different in the way that it integrates multiple social media channels and it does this job smoothly and without any issues and it has the ability to cover multiple channels with different tasks that can be labeled and identified properly. It combines texting, audio, video, with the professional sense of it, making it feel like an actual workspace or office where everyone can communicate with each other and handle different work projects simultaneously.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Slack is very intuitive and has a really modern platform that integrates multiple applications for better communication. Their API is one of the best I’ve used and perfectly merges communication into one single platform, making it easier to collaborate in our team and transfer files into different channels. I work in marketing, so we have always needed to be in constant communication with everyone, and Slack is great for communicating between different departments and it improves our workflow by allowing us to create thread messages with different teams that will simplify the way we solve issues in our organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really dislike Slack’s search solution as I feel it’s not very functional, takes time to load results and when it does, it doesn’t show intuitive results and its organization is just poorly done. This makes it difficult to find older conversations and creates a sort of inability to access our data properly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Slack is suited for any type of organization looking for improvement in their workflows, no matter the department. It makes communication feel more comfortable even if you’re reaching out to someone outside of your team and it makes it easier for that person to reply as well, because emails tend to get lost in the spam folder and it makes everything more difficult. It’s an intuitive solution for everyone.
