What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
The ability for everyone on a call to draw on the presenter's screen without any setup is Slack's best feature. It's simple to onboard a new member and gets them talking straight immediately. Its API makes it a perfect place to keep track of reminders and system notifications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Overall, I enjoy using it, and because it integrates with practically all of my programs, it also serves as a notification engine, which is one of the tool's best features. I also appreciate that it offers all of the tools that are required for corporate team management, such as file sharing and messaging, as well as video and audio conferencing.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At times, the channels might be overwhelming for casual users. While the system tries to clean things up with suggestions, I believe Slack should do a better job of hiding less-used channels on purpose to keep things tidy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have tried a lot of comparable applications, and while some of them are fairly nice, Slack appears to be superior to the majority of them, using it feels really natural and easy. It can be integrated with a variety of other technologies, such as being notified when a Jira ticket is created, transmitting a Zoom meeting recording to a channel, and so on.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Cross platform support works really well. Notification setting and status management made things easy. Love the easeness to refer channel not just person in conversations. The great possibilities of custom integrations also work really well in automating everything.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Custom integrations and workflows. This bring changes and values like no others easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
huddle sound sometimes have too much echo. It's hard to manage old files well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Since this will be per user cost basis. Management of active user will be essential. Sometimes it is hard to find old archived channels so be careful. If you have experience in creating custom integrations/bot please do made them. Some paid third party add-on/apps is actually quite simple to implement by ourselves.
