What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Easy to manage conversations. You can continue the thread of a message, so the flow of conversation is easy to understand. There is also a feedback function, so frank communication is possible. Huddle's screen sharing allows typing on the other party's screen, which perfectly supports the business scene. The ability to invite outsiders to the internal workspace is good (single channel guest, multi-channel guest). It is really convenient to be able to communicate with outsourced companies that can only be contacted by email or phone using internal tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is used as a communication tool within the company and with other companies, but the reaction speed is fast and the threads are easy to see. There are also many reaction icons, which facilitate communication. It is used as a way of operation and maintenance contact with other companies that are outsourced, and it is possible to quickly communicate with each other in case of maintenance or failure, and the speed of work is significantly improved compared to email.
What do you dislike most about this product?
API that can be linked? As there are many cases, sometimes they suggest it, but I do not know how to use it at a glance and I'm always canceling, so I do not have to look at the manual.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is very convenient because it can quickly communicate with the outside world and can be used anytime and anywhere because it can be accessed from a smartphone. As a business use scenario, it is used for communication with outsourced companies, and it has become more seamless communication than exchanging emails. In addition, the response from the other party occurs within 24 hours, and the response that used to take more than a day has been improved.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Ease of use and UI, its very intuitive and easy to use. Channels are best way to communicate and manage people efficiently. Integration and installation was wasy.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Slack bots and mentions are awesome features i can think of. Other than that notifications bot and other integrations with other apps is also a very good feature that helps me a lot.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the one caveat I see is I am not able to edit existing reminders that easily and I had to delete and recreate the same which was painful, other than that it works as expected.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it, its an awesome product for all your communications need across projects and across teams.
