Awesome team work app

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
The first time I used Slack I was overwhelmed as I saw too many channels. After a while, I realized how useful they are because, unlike any other communication program, you can create channels and group conversations within the same team. Goodbye, instant messaging apps for work!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Slack allows me to communicate with co-workers from all over the world and have everyone respond in their own time without being interrupted. It also integrates with other tools such as calendars, which allows us to work as a team despite time zone differences.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing I dislike about Slack is not being able to customize the colors to my liking, there are only 3 combination options.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
GO FOR IT! Don't hesitate, Slack will enhance the performance of your organization from earth to heaven. Worth every penny.
Pros
- Reliable

A great communication tool
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
The message history is amazing and very secure (encrypted). We can send files of sizes greater than 1Gb and the images do not undergo compression and decrease in quality. The audio recording in the chat is great.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being cross-platform isn't a problem in my company, but it certainly would be in many others. Security (message encryption) is very important in institutional use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Group organization can improve. It also needs to improve usability and documentation. A critical point is the possibility of having versions in other languages.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There are many communication technologies available in the market. But for users of non-windows operating systems, Slack is the best, most complete and with the most information base (strong user community).
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
