Slack improved communications between employees

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
We all in the office love Slack because it allowed us to be better communicated, send files easily and quickly and also create various communication channels for specific topics and tasks, which facilitates communication and allows us to be organized with each project being executed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a very intuitive design, which makes communications between employees much more fluid. We all learned to use it quickly. It has a very good mobile version, which is very useful to be always in touch even if you are not at the computer. It has integration with very useful software such as Mailchimp, Wrike and Dropbox, allowing work to be more efficient within the same software.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its video calls are not that good quality, the image is not that clear and the audio also presents some flaws. It can be a little slow and heavy at times the mobile application and the chats do not arrive in real time, sometimes. The loading of files in the chat, in the mobile version, can also become heavy and slow.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I can say that since we have Slack in the office, everything runs better, tasks are done in a more organized way and our communication improved by 100% making it more effective and useful for the projects that need to be done. It is undoubtedly the best platform for communications between employees in an office, far above its competitors.
