Meet the needs of chaotic communication.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
It has a simpler and more solid structure for team communication. Slack is a very easy tool to use that keeps the team in active communication without losing its way. It is very customizable, with respect to others that is only chat without being able to adapt it to the user's taste. I also like that I can integrate it with Zoom to be able to connect with videoconference with the work team. Its mobile application is more intuitive than others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can keep in touch with members of a team, as well as the whole company and also clients. Any department can apply direct and instant communication with Slack. I can improve the response time in communication since I do not have to use the old emails. I can manage the topics depending on the project or whatever you want to communicate, this is easier since I can have a linear and precise communication on a specific topic without mixing anything. I can maintain communication through direct chat, channel or group, being able to determine the people who are in it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have a problem when a conversation has not been updated for a long time, I mean that Slack hides very old messages and I have no problem searching for them more however it can be a bit tedious when you need to do a quick search on a topic already spoken, I prefer keep everything there. The video quality when screen sharing can improve a bit since sometimes certain things cannot be detailed, as with voice calls, however they are little things that can be improved that aspect.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have problems within your company in relation to group communication Slack can be a quick and easy solution for that, it is simple and for me there was never a problem in the learning process since everything was simple from the first moment. You can, in addition to messages, be able to make calls or share a screen in case you need to present something to a client, work team or bosses of your company. Communication is direct, easy and simple.
