What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
I believe that Slack beats all business instant messaging services as it has a wude array of features and integrates with lots of applications and APIs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that it has both SaaS and on-premises programs is the best thing so far.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not recorded any error on my client end so far.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend the use of Slack for internal communications.
