It helps you to provide your status like busy , sleeping , out of office which helps to keep others updated about you , You can easily schedule , message , post document .

Slack has limited file storage which becomes frustrating sometimes

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Working with Slack made it easy for us to make group collaborations within the workspace, it is a system that allowed us to communicate quickly, effectively and privately. Its link with other platforms with email service provides the distribution of information with all users in a synchronized way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows us to share screens between users simultaneously so that all members can interact with different ideas in real time. With Slack we can control and schedule meetings which promotes high productivity among members by uploading high quality documents to chats and channels.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface of the application changes with each device this can cause the user experience is not the same. Compared to other Slack software it can be a bit more expensive, although the experience is worth everything you pay for.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is required to improve the way in which notifications are displayed on the screen to have easy access to each channel, chat or user comment, this is a tool that allowed us to get a better communication process but could be faster avoiding the momentary collapse every time you try to start a video call.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack Channel is the Sun in the Sky for me. Channels brings order to organization-wide conversations, ensuring that the right people and the right conversations are held in the right spots. This eliminates a lot of noise in terms of the quality of conversations we have on Slack.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Slack is built to work across all platforms. This adds a lot of convenience to my overall Slack experience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The quality of the default video call feature on Slack does not necessarily meet all of my needs. With this though, our solution has been to integrate Slack with better video meeting solutions.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When it comes to conversation flow and seamless collaboration within organizations, Slack is a must , as far as I am concerned.
