What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
When we started using Slack, the difference was poignant: instead of having classic emails, folders and notes, we had a fully functional project management tools within a single interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the channels features and also the fact that we could add team members to collaborate on a project, view conversations history and get answers to their questions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The business + plan starts at $15 when paid monthly. I believe that for this price, the Domain claiming features should be included.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Slack really helped synchronize and organize our business communications with ongoing projects as well as promoting collaboration for business success. For all these reason, I recommend Slack without hesitation.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Virtual spaces where teams share messages, file and tools in a smooth and streamlined flow. Everyone feels natural in Slack and the gap between departments is bridged
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Notifications on every channel that I'm in keeps me up-to-date with every discussion in the finance department. The search function is used to for analysing archived conversations
What do you dislike most about this product?
I get added on to channels that i might not be interested in and this makes notifications a lot and can be annoying so at times i turn them off
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Slack simplifies the process of locating both people and information. Its just a more convenient and effective way of communicating
