Great product but it still needs improving

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack looks like a chat, but its integrations and collaboration tools embedded makes it a real productivity tool, way ahead of its competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The way that Slack can connect with tools and softwares like Pipedrive, Trello, Zoom and many other that companies uses in its operation. With this, a great amount of time is saved by staying inside the platform and reducing the time needed to open and checking out these apps.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unfortunately, back when I used Slack it was really heavy. It was the main cause of our migration to Microsoft Teams because it was kind of common to check out the Windows Task Manager and see Slack alone consuming more than 2GB of RAM.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Check out if Slack can integrate with the other applications your company uses.

The dashboard/platform is very user friendly and easy to navigate.

Usability, user friendly, easy to help high scaling team stay connected.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Admin's should have ownership over how notifications are established for channels/chats and improvements to task assignment/project management.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want to move away from email and texts, Slack is the way to go for your team!
