1. The files can be shared. 2. It will notify you if there is an urgent message. 3. It also allows us to communicate via phone calls. 4. Slack's channel feature is really handy. 5. Emoji support is also good.

1. Slack consumes too much RAM to function properly. 2. Sometimes the desktop notification does not fire. 3. The paid version is a tad pricey.

Its API is very rich allowing you to build integrations with many other tools, which opens up huge possibilities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In addition to the entire ecosystem of applications created around Slack, its usage policy is very fair, allowing its use for free contemplating a large part of its features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it is not that simple to expand Slack by integrating it to another tools. Its documentation could be more clear about that.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use the free version at first, check all the features you already have, also double check whether the paid features are something essential for your business before committing with paying it.
