What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Since Smartsheet may be utilized by groups of varying sizes, it stands to reason that it can be put to use in virtually any setting where collaborative effort is required. Some forms of monitoring, such as those used in the treasury or for scheduling business processes, are incompatible with it. Perfect for use in agile project management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Each member of the project team is able to exhibit his or her ideas and résumé in an orderly fashion thanks to the portfolios that we have created for ourselves using Smartsheet. Provides a large variety of premade dashboard examples. Covers some of the marketing costs that would otherwise fall on third-party marketing firms by extending their services to projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

After a system has been implemented, it might be difficult to make adjustments or adjustments because of the need to update all instances of the modification. There are certain glaringly important features missing when it comes to managing business processes, such as a mapping system that links directly to the processes themselves.

Managing my day-to-day sales activities is a breeze thanks to Smartsheet. I created a dashboard to track all of my open and closed sales, items suggested, billing key performance indicators, and more. In addition, it is being used as an input form tool by external marketing partners to compile data from customers attending events and webinars. It makes it possible to see several insights into our daily marketing and sales operations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet has all the standard features of a project management application, such as task management, milestone tracking, and several ways to examine your ongoing projects. It's tough to stress the importance of being comfortable in your surroundings. Having workers utilize a product with which they are already familiar reduces the amount of time spent on training and orientation, allowing businesses to get up and running more quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be nice to have greater control over the aesthetic style of charts, cards, and dashboard widgets. Smartsheet's Dashboards don't seem as interesting as Power BI's. We want a broader palette, more charts, the option to choose a moving image as the backdrop, etc. The ability to organize uploaded files into subfolders rather than as row/file attachments would be a welcome addition.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Fits the needs of businesses that want to streamline their operations by automating repetitive tasks, creating streamlined workflows, collecting data through streamlined forms, and visualizing that data in interactive dashboards. Having a board but maybe not the best practices in terms of sprints, problem kinds, versioning integration, deployment analytics, etc. makes this tool less suitable for businesses seeking an Agile-based project management solution.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

It really has many similarities with other software, but Smartsheet offers a simple and easy-to-use interface which greatly simplifies work and it feels very intuitive to use, with many interactive tools that I feel unique to the software, and it's very useful when it comes to customizing and configuring everything to suit our business requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet is my friend tool to organize all my pending work, it is a great manager with multiple tools that I love to use, one of them is the calendar, it is just what I need to visualize my short and long term tasks, creation of subtasks for go evaluating what I have to do and creation of really effective reports to evaluate the progress and work progress. I can manage assignments, where we visualize the tasks that correspond to each person and thus have a progressive workflow, we evaluate different aspects, risk management, projects and planning. The configuration is fully customizable, it is possible to adapt aspects to our comfort.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Until now, the only detail that I do not like very much is that the calendar is really very useful, however, I have not been able to configure the calendar by tasks but by projects, this does not allow me to see in greater detail each thing to do unless I go in to check.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is essential for me to have all my work in order, keeping each project up to date and achieving commercial progress is undoubtedly a success. I recommend the use of Smartsheet and achieve all the improvements that I have achieved, greater work productivity, better labor management and more professional scope in all my actions.
