What differentiates SnapFulfil from other similar products?
I do not have much experience with other WMS' and thus cannot answer this effectively.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The pick/putaway rules can be built out with a fair amount of complexity allowing us to accommodate out different locations' many operational needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Pulling data from all sites requires accessing them individually or using an external data aggregator. Not ideal when attempting to do all site wide analytics.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Build a very solid relationship with your SNAP contacts as they can be very helpful and provide a lot of valuable insights into the best ways to get value out of the WMS.

Works well enough but not sure it's special

What differentiates SnapFulfil from other similar products?
It is a good enough product, but I am not sure that it contains features that are truly unique and/or revolutionary in terms of inventory management.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Don't really have a favorite aspect, unless the ability to download into Excel counts. I find that downloading into Excel is a huge time-saver for me because I don't have to know which report can find or sort my needed information the way I want it. I am sure that if I spent enough time, I'd figure it out, but the problem is I don't have enough time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It seems to struggle to integrate with NetSuite. Partial receipts really mess with it, as do backordered items.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It works well enough to do the job but be prepared that it cannot be truly customized so you will have to figure out 'go-arounds' a lot.
