What differentiates Alfabet from other similar products?

It is highly capable of managing IT risks and has fraud management and IT governance which is usually not provided by other industry giants. It aligns and focuses more on IT architecture and processes while also delivering detailed reports and dashboards which makes it all-in-one.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is all-in-one software, so it gives a good headstart for most of the parts. This includes its what-if analysis and data modelling. Also, it excels in strict risk compliance. It integrates seamlessly most of the time, which makes it easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is quite an overwhelming experience to learn its deep features and it needs a lot of training and support. And it doesn't allow complex customizations which sometimes leave out the details to make crucial data-driven decisions. Also, it overpromises for the cost incurred and isn't suitable for small businesses. User role management is very complex and hectic.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need high customization then it can be overwhelming, which requires some in-depth configurations. The interface can be frustrating with some lags too.
