It's very user friendly. Have very advance features like realtime packet capturing features. Very easy to learn and implement.

Definitely go for it. It's one of the best software.

They are more effective and more user friendly than other software companies.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its overall usage across the enterprise of different functionalities used in my industry.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The service technicians are not forthcoming in the processes used in the resetting of the program to our company's operating systems.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product is easy to use but the service technicians are not giving up their information on how to reset certain faults. You must call them in to physically reset.
