How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Best design software for mechanical engineers
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates SOLIDWORKS from other similar products?
I am using this from college time, and because of the time i have spend on it i find it very simple in modelling and assembling. it has wide range of materials with relatively good database. what is easy to import designs from other libraries which saves a lot of time.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
one of the best features of solid works that i like is, real time results for simulations. another favorite part of using solid works is that it does the calculations on its own, which otherwise designer has to do manually for weight or inertia of the components.
What do you dislike most about this product?
only drawback of using solid works is that if your product is large with a large number of assembly parts the size increase which affects the calculation time or simulation time. it also needs high end system support for faster processing because it is a heavy software. Manual meshing is also not possible in solid works.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if you have to design a mid range product then it is one of the best software to use, but for complex designs, you will have to be very patient and should have a lot of time while going through simulations. i would suggest Ansys for complex simulations.

Good 3D CAD Software for Engineering and Design
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates SOLIDWORKS from other similar products?
Solidworks is a 3D CAD product that is used to create models and drawings of parts and assemblies. It has a wide range of features that allow users to create complex parts and assemblies. It also has a wide range of visualization features that allow users to create photorealistic renderings of their parts and assemblies.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are a lot of great features in SOLIDWORKS, but my favorite has to be the ability to create detailed drawings and then animate them to show how the product works. This makes it much easier to communicate with others and helps reduce the chances of misunderstandings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are many things that I dislike about SOLIDWORKS. First, the user interface is cluttered and inconsistent. Second, it is often difficult to find the right tool or command to do what you want. Third, the software is not always very reliable, and it is often difficult to troubleshoot and fix errors. Finally, the software is often slow and cumbersome to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are considering SOLIDWORKS, I would recommend that you take a look at the features and capabilities of the software to see if it is a good fit for your needs. I would also recommend that you attend a training class to get familiar with the software.
Pros
