Ease to manage, reliable and enriched with great features
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sophos XG is the best solution for a mid-level enterprise that need a strong firewall. The solution is concrete, reliable and easy to implement
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support is almos non-existent and you need to escalate for anything, 1st and 2nd level just copy pastes KBs most of the time and the API engine doesnt work properly
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider Sophos XG if you need a reliable firewall for a medium sized infrastructure, the product is reliable but suffers when you think out of the box, the support and the training material doesn't help. The risk is to find many limitation that sophos itself may not be aware of.
