What differentiates Sophos Intercept X Endpoint from other similar products?
During our testing, Sophos did the best job of alerting us to threats or potential threats compared to the other vendors that we tested. Pretty much anything we threw at it showed up as a threat.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The forensics provided for an attack or potential attack are great. It's awesome to be able to see what happened, how it happened, and what it was trying to or did affect.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the interface and setup can be difficult to use at times but it gets easier the more that you use it. Some of the deployment features are a little lacking.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take your time with learning the product and deploy it to a small number of machines before a full deployment. Make sure you have a full understanding of how everything works before deployment.

What differentiates Sophos Intercept X Endpoint from other similar products?
At the time it was implemented, it was the cross-platform capability that other software houses didn't offer. since then other solutions appeared but Sophos continues to work (i.e. Protect).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to protect multiple platforms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I've got nothing to add at the moment but previous versiosn had some problems: clients didn't communicate well with the management console. But now , that doesn't happen anymore.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a good cross-platform solution. I don't detect a big usage of resources by the client and I seldom have infection cases. Those I had were quickly remedied.
