What differentiates Spendesk Platform from other similar products?
Several integrations available with other accounting softwares and its product innovation/roadmap.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Spendesk allow us to have more control over expenses and to have a more reliable reporting system. At same time allowed for an autonomous process for our employees following the company policies and save a lot of time with paperwork and administrative tasks related. To have more than one wallet is very helpful for companies working in more than one location or to provide autonomy for some teams/projects. Invoice module it's a plus that with some improvements it will be a big advantage.
What do you dislike most about this product?
To see the available funds in the wallet after any change in the amounts available in the cards it requires to login again in the account because the refresh option isn't working properly. I would suggest to have the cards reloaded by the regular charge date from the vendors based on the past charges. It would be good to have the credit cards, virtually or physical, with both company name and employee's name. There should be an email address/inbox that forward emails should be automatically uploaded in the platform and only waiting to be reviewed and approved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Fantastic software to manage most of AP workflow and allows a more quick reporting. Flexibility and independence for all team members by following the company policies, mainly when is T&E related. Furthermore, it allow us to save a lot of administrative and paperwork tasks. At same time, we've guarantee that company policies are followed and reporting systems are more precise. Information available online for relevant people to check.
