What differentiates Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk from other similar products?
Users can start sending tickets right away because of the integration with SSOs. Controlling and managing tickets is simple and clear. It had remote control functionality, which made it simple to control the user’s computer if necessary. When your firm has plenty of users, this software comes in handy. When attendance is required as quickly as possible, it is quite helpful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I appreciate about Spiceworks is that it offers a low-cost option for an emerging IT business. It’s great that it’s cloud-based and has a huge user forum with users from all around the world. I may get support and advice on problems I encounter from a variety of angles. I adore how you can set up email addresses to automatically create tickets.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Filters in the search engine can be challenging to configure. It takes a while to configure everything first. Even If you choose to host your server yourself, it may take longer to get everything going from scratch.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Spiceworks server-side software installation is simple. The program is reliable. (minus the odd zombie process). Real-time network and server monitoring is a game-changer for me! The Spiceworks user community is invaluable and very beneficial. There is almost always a Spiceworks user out there with a terrific response to a somewhat complex or esoteric query.
