What differentiates Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk from other similar products?
With Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk, end users are able to open up a help desk ticket by simply sending an email to our specific portal whereby the ticket is being routed to the Admin Console and can be accepted. I like how it provides powerful rules to sort and organize tickets.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has good assets management that can be linked to both users and tickets. I like the fact that it is a cloud-based platform with a large user forum that literally spans the planet which is very nice. Also, i like the way you can configure email addresses to create tickets automatically thus saving time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not yet experienced any challenges so far about the Spiceworks Cloud Help Desk. Nothing to dislike.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
