How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Easy to use for great landing pages

What differentiates Splash from other similar products?
Creation of easy, beautiful landing pages for events. The integration with our Marketo instance makes it easy to track events from end to end.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We’ve enabled our sales team to host event-in-a-box style events and with a sales login to splash they can request the events they’d like to host and choose a date, send that through to field marketing who then approves based on budget and if the event meets the requirements. Then through the integration a reg page is created with an associated Marketo program. Saving marketing time and dollars and giving sales the team a polished event to host their key prospects and customers at.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The landing pages are robust and can be designed a number of ways and can require a graphic designer to do so. This can be challenging for a small team of field marketers that don’t possess those skills. As a workaround, we created templates but that left a lot of the features untouched.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Their support teams turn over constantly. This can be challenging to get help when needed. Additionally they aren’t forthcoming with information when the tool or website goes down. You have to reach out when you discover an issue and then they fix it. Recently their entire product went down during a critical time after we launched an event. It had been down for several hours before we received any communication after reaching out. I think this is attributed to the constant turnover. Best to know that going in, the tool is relatively self-serve and doesn’t require a lot from support, but when it does you may not talk to the same people twice.
