What differentiates Splunk IT Service Intelligence from other similar products?

Drawing insights from data helped our organisation arrive at important decisions and track metrics crucial to the team's growth and organisation at large. Of all the analysis and insights, we find application performance monitoring and debugging of live issues (from the logs) encountered in production to be most note-worthy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Data at rest or transit is very vulnerable to security attacks This software provides the required security while handling all types of data, be it sensitive or not. Alongside this, its customisation and flexibility are very effective while integrating with other software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The speed becomes a concern sometimes while handling a disproportionate amount of data. Also, the reliability of the product can be improved because, in recent times, our team faced quite frequent outages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The software is effective only when the amount of data provided is of sufficient amount to draw decisions. So, if your organisation is not dealing with a substantial amount of data and you are expecting good inference from your data, then it may happen that the decisions provided by the software are not very effective from an ROI perspective or blatantly wrong in some cases.

Not much to dislike but the discounts should be more generous on high usage.
