What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?

We have the ability to manage through our mobile and computer platform all of our social networks and our experience has been very positive. We have found Sprout Social to be easy to set up and use, and also easy to teach to some of our less tech savvy customers is our primary program for managing and analyzing social networks. Thanks to the platform we have excellent results at no additional cost.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have a wide variety of templates for content creators with just one click we have them at hand which helps us to create marketing campaigns more often, the high level of intuitiveness of its user interface, including the number of publications, integrated functions and metrics set for reports we have many tools for support material and be able to create new things with marketing in different ways.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They should make an integration for Gif as it also presents failures to internal code nieles due to its programming by which it presents several failures or many errors with the applications hence the LinkedIn photo is published in a strange way. They end up being a smaller and reduced version of the image or and limitation in the amount of publications that you can make or upload a photo for Instagram as many more errors as a result of that problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sprout Social meets the needs of most organizations. For a very small company, this type of software would not be necessary, as accounts could easily be managed natively. But it is highly recommended for large companies that need to manage a certain amount of social networks and publications as well as online marketing, the best way to grow through networks.

What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?

If you want to save time when it comes to planning, organizing and reviewing everything related to social media Sprout is ideal for your overall network management, where overall experiences are good. Where you have the opportunity to track how our advertising is reaching the target audience." to schedule content in advance and the data reports help identify trends along with the performance of individual posts in different years."

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Great features like creating a calendar for posting (for all those who work a lot with social media). You can track and measure trend metrics in real time. There is also an online chat, you find it in the settings (gear icon) if you are authorized. Finally, you can contact technical support by email. In addition, you can call - the US number is listed at the bottom of the site.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The features are limited and the user interface is more sparse, as is the addition of more analytics data to search through and an improvement in their code for the app because it doesn't work when you tried to open it on a phone, it's common when updating activities easily. If something needs to be updated, we have to delete the old ones and then add them back in.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Being a very simple platform to us Sprout has helped us with growth at the level of more publications and social analytics with a good level of depth. It is highly recommended for creating and pulling custom reports which is not seen in many platforms, the few in existence have a high cost for such tools which we can get at a free price thanks to Sprout.

What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?

This is a very simple program in which we can manage all the social networks in a comfortable way, with all the information accessible, without having to look for other programs. It allows us to make publications in real time, but also to schedule them, as well as to interact from the same platform with the followers, their comments and private messages.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The sentiment analysis generated by the program is very accurate and helps us to know and take into account the favorable and negative interactions of each publication. The program also allows us to plan and schedule the content for a week and more, in addition to suggesting the best times for publications and other options to achieve an optimal publication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish they could add tiktok to their list of allowed networks in their software, as it is a platform we use a lot. Uploading videos, either for feed posting or for stories, takes time no matter the size of the video. Your metrics are good, but I would like more depth and suggestions for improvement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use Sprout Social to manage our social media programs on SendGrid, giving us a single platform to schedule and post content, respond to comments and direct messages, and review our analytics and performance. We also use it as an image repository to store related files for posting to our social accounts.
