Sprout Social helps us to be better with everything that involves the management and monitoring of social networks that are managed in the organization; at the same time allows us to enjoy the benefit that this implies in making marketing decisions, obtaining and retaining customers, increased interaction with users of social networks and increased sales. Everything has turned out for the better in the organization with the use of this tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are many positive qualities and contributions that Sprout Social brings to the management of social networks in my organization; it streamlines the work of the entire marketing team and helps us promote our products and services. It allows us to schedule publications and track their performance is incredible; it also has an excellent capacity for listening to different social networks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One thing I don't like is its high price; on the other hand, the mobile app doesn't have the best performance or all the features of the desktop one.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We have implemented it because of the significant contribution it means to the management of the organization's social networks and social listening. Schedule your social media posts with the click of a button with Spout Social. The content review process is streamlined and straightforward, making it ideal for collaborative efforts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's difficult for me to track out older posts for cloning purposes. Though I like Sprout Social's focus on accessibility, I would like to see more suggestions for improvements. For instance, I wished to include alt text but had to consult documentation to figure out how to do so. In a similar vein, I wish the preview was more accurate.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I believe that the application is worth recommending since it provides a platform that is really simple to operate, enables me to monitor data from social media platforms, and assists me in developing a timetable that is more engaging.

I really appreciate how agile it is to publish engaging and participative content on our social networks. It allows us to receive in real time the participation of our customers and publish content automatically to a large audience. It is very easy to navigate through all the features it offers. It provides customizable reports that facilitate the analysis of the indicators that interest us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has a varied set of functions of great potential, when you are a new user is little difficult to decipher the scope that has the platform.
