What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?

Sprout Social has a more modern interface than others. The reporting really sets it apart too - they are so visual and easy to navigate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It makes running social easy. You can run the campaigns, check your inbox, schedule posts and analyze metrics straight from one place. They continually innovate as well, always adding new features to make running social even easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer service is not great. I supposedly have a client services person assigned to me, but I will only hear from them when they're trying to sell me something - then they won't leave me alone. When I have an actual question, they don't get back to me. I've had better luck contacting them via support, which is very responsive and helpful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend it, if you can afford to spend the money. It's pricey, but you get pretty much everything you need in one place - there will be no need to purchase any other social media product.
