What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?
Unlike other similar products, Sprout Social offers so many features at ago. In my case, the social media related features were more than I could use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is the automated publishing. This feature combined with post scheduling made my work easy in that I could write a post in advance then schedule when it should be published.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have no dislike for Sprout Social at all. Instead, I would be glad if my employer renews the software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would urge businesses that rely on social platforms to sell their products or services, or to reach their customers and target market to try this product, even if its the free trial version. I believe that it will bring a positive change in your business.

What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?
Sprout Social has a scheduling browser which allows for ideal posting periods. Besides, one can download information such as reports according to their platforms hence the chances of confusing items are removed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspects of Sprout Social are two; the social media analytics tools and social media management. With social media analytics tools, it is easy for one to monitor competitors, a feature that lacks in most of other similar products. Regarding social media management, there is collaboration option that allows for team work. Also, social media management has post scheduling where I can schedule when to post a given post to reach the target market in time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I honestly have no any dislike for this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Sprout Social has enabled our company to meet with so many customers and close deals through audience targeting. Through a combination of the features that Sprout Social offers, a business can increase its production hence returns on its investment.
