Great depth & range of features but a high price!

What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?
The large range of products and features. Sprout has a vast range of reports which no other provider that I've seen, can match. The Smart Inbox really is a god-send.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Smart Inbox is an exceptional product and by far the best social media customer service feature compared to any other competitors. Sprout Social also has a beautiful array of reports that help visualise the data for those who are less social-savvy, with auto-scheduled reports particularly useful. Sprout are usually one of the first social tools to adopt new features - ranging from Story & Reel integration to introducing AI copywriting and social listening analysis.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The price. Sprout Social is really expensive when compared to many of their competitors. Beyond that, Sprout Social does seem to be struggling with reliability since Meta moved their Facebook Pages ("Classic") to the New Page Experience, with posts regularly failing to be published (1-2 a week).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Sprout Social can be extremely expensive so I'd recommend first working out which of the features your organisation needs, and which are nice to have. For instance, the social listening capabilities are good, but lack some of the detail and granularity offered by the likes of Sprinklr and Brandwatch. However, the Sprout Social Smart Inbox is one of the best products on the market, with a large range of filters to help you view all in-bound customer service enquires for all profiles and networks, at once. New AI features improve reporting and tags are a really helpful feature.
