What differentiates Sprout Social Enterprise from other similar products?
Very similar to other services such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc. Nothing really stands out to separate it from the pack.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The dashboard is very user-friendly. It is very intuitive to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It does not have a great content library section. Scheduling of posts is also not as user-friendly as other services.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A middle-of-the-road service. For a marketing manager handling multiple accounts, there are superior alternatives in the market.
